Welcome to PetCraftAI: AI Pet Portraits ("PetCraftAI", "we", "us", or "our"), developed and published by OrkSoftware. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Data Safety policies.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is processed and secured, how long it is retained, and your rights concerning your personal information.
2. Data We Collect & How It Is Used

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Service Providers
To produce artistic pet portraits, user-uploaded pet photographs are sent via secure HTTPS encryption to our specialized AI generation infrastructure:
- Google Cloud & Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database storage, Cloud Storage for secure hosting, and Crashlytics.
- Image Generation AI: Processing pet photos into chosen art styles. Images are securely transmitted, held only for the duration of the generation session, and scheduled for automatic deletion.
- Google Play In-App Billing: Safe and encrypted financial transactions managed exclusively by Google.
4. Retention & Deletion Policy
- Uploaded Pet Photos: Stored temporarily in secure Cloud Storage and permanently purged after 30 days.
- Account Credentials: Maintained until the user deletes their account.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account anytime either inside the app (Profile > Delete Account) or via our Web Deletion Request Portal.
5. Children's Privacy
PetCraftAI is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

3. Yapay Zeka İşleme ve Üçüncü Taraf Sağlayıcılar
Yapay zeka portrelerinin oluşturulabilmesi için fotoğraflar şifreli SSL/HTTPS bağlantısıyla güvenli sunuculara iletilir:
- Google Cloud & Firebase: Kimlik doğrulama, Firestore veritabanı, Cloud Storage ve Crashlytics altyapısı.
- Yapay Zeka Modelleri: Fotoğrafları seçilen sanat stiline dönüştürür. Üretilen görseller kullanıcının galerisine aktarılır ve geçici dosyalar temizlenir.
- Google Play Faturalandırma: Tüm ödeme işlemleri doğrudan Google güvencesiyle yürütülür.
4. Veri Saklama ve Silme Hakları
- Yüklenen Fotoğraflar: Sunucularımızda en fazla 30 gün tutulur, ardından otomatik olarak kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Hesap Silme: Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi uygulama içerisinden (Profil > Hesabımı Sil) veya Web Formu üzerinden anında silebilirsiniz.
