Genel Bakış
Tiny Play Ideas ("uygulama"), 1,5–6 yaş arası çocukların ebeveynlerine ekransız oyun fikirleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama ebeveynler için tasarlanmıştır; çocukların kendi başına kullanması için değildir. Bu politika hangi verileri neden topladığımızı, nerede sakladığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.

1. Topladığımız Veriler
Hesap açmadan kullanım: Uygulamayı hesap oluşturmadan kullanabilirsiniz. Bu durumda çocuk profilleri, oyun geçmişi ve malzeme listesi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bize gönderilmez. Aşağıdaki veriler hesap oluşturduğunuzda ya da giriş yaptığınızda toplanır; giriş yaptığınızda cihazdaki bu veriler hesabınıza eklenir. Abonelik satın almak için hesap gerekir.
Hesap Bilgileri
- E-posta adresi ve şifre (şifre yalnızca kimlik doğrulama hizmet sağlayıcımız tarafından güvenli biçimde saklanır; biz göremeyiz) ya da Google ile giriş yaptıysanız Google hesabınızın adı ve e-posta adresi.
- Görünen ad (değiştirebilirsiniz) ve hesap kimliği.
Çocuk Profili (Sizin girdiğiniz bilgiler)
- Takma ad (tam isim gerekmez), doğum ayı ve yılı (tam doğum tarihi istenmez), buradan hesaplanan yaş.
- Enerji tarzı, ilgi alanları, duyusal hassasiyetler (ör. yüksek sesler, parlak ışıklar) ve isteğe bağlı ebeveyn notları.
Uygulama Kullanımı
- Oynadığınız, beğendiğiniz ve kaydettiğiniz oyunlar, bu oyunlar için seçtiğiniz geri bildirim etiketleri ve notlar.
- Evdeki malzeme envanteriniz (onayladığınız malzeme adları).
- Aylık kullanım sayaçları (üretilen örnek ve tarama sayısı) ve bildirim tercihleriniz.
Fotoğraflar (Yalnızca Premium Plus malzeme taraması)
Taramak için çektiğiniz ya da seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, içindeki oyun malzemelerini tanımak için sunucumuza ve yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcımıza gönderilir. Fotoğraf saklanmaz; analizden sonra atılır. Yalnızca sizin onayladığınız malzeme adları saklanır. Fotoğraftaki kişiler dikkate alınmaz.
Satın Almalar
Abonelik ödemeleri tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Aboneliğinizi doğrulamak için Google Play'in verdiği satın alma belirtecini (token), ürün kimliğini ve hesabınızla ilişkisini saklarız.
Cihaz Doğrulama
Sunucularımızı kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için bir cihaz doğrulama hizmeti kullanılır. Bu hizmet, isteklerin gerçek bir cihazdaki orijinal uygulamadan geldiğini doğrular; bunun için kişisel veri saklamayız.
Güncelleme Bildirimleri
Uygulamanın yeni sürümünü duyurabilmek için cihazınız, uygulama dilinize göre bir bildirim konusuna abone olur. Bunun için bulut altyapımız cihaza özgü bir kurulum kimliği ve bildirim belirteci oluşturur. Bu kimlik hesabınıza bağlanmaz ve hesapsız kullanımda da oluşturulur; biz saklamayız ve yalnızca duyuru göndermek için kullanılır. Bildirimlere izin vermezseniz duyuru gösterilmez.
2. Verileri Neden Kullanıyoruz
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak, oturumunuzu açık tutmak ve verilerinizi cihazlar arasında eşitlemek.
- Oyun önerilerini seçili çocuğun yaşına, ilgi alanlarına ve hassasiyetlerine göre süzmek; yaşa uygun olmayan veya güvenli olmayan içeriği elemek.
- Premium özellikler: Yapay zekâ ile oyun örneği üretmek ve fotoğraftaki malzemelerden oyun tasarlamak.
- Abonelikleri doğrulamak ve aylık kullanım sınırlarını uygulamak.
- İstediğiniz hatırlatma bildirimlerini göstermek ve yeni sürümleri duyurmak.
Verilerinizi satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız ve profil çıkarma amacıyla paylaşmayız.
3. Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için verileri, yalnızca bizim adımıza ve yalnızca hizmeti sunmak amacıyla işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız:

Yapay zekâ isteklerinde e-posta adresiniz veya hesap bilgileriniz gönderilmez. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızı zaman içinde değiştirebiliriz; her biri bu politikadaki amaçlar ve güvencelerle sınırlıdır. Güncel hizmet sağlayıcı listesini info@orksoftware.com adresinden isteyebilirsiniz.
4. Nerede ve Ne Kadar Süre Saklanır
Verileriniz hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın güvenli sunucularında saklanır. Bu sunucular ve yapay zekâ hizmetleri Türkiye ve Avrupa Birliği dışında da bulunabilir; bu nedenle verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılabilir. Bu tür aktarımlarda yürürlükteki mevzuatın öngördüğü güvencelere (ör. standart sözleşme hükümleri) dayanırız. Çocuk profilleri ayrıca cihazınızda şifreli depolamada tutulur.
Verileriniz hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Tarama fotoğrafları hiç saklanmaz. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde hesabınıza bağlı tüm veriler, bir çocuk profilini sildiğinizde de o çocuğa ait tüm veriler kalıcı olarak silinir. Silinen veriler yalnızca felaket kurtarma amaçlı sistem yedeklerinde en fazla 7 gün daha kalabilir ve bu süre sonunda kendiliğinden silinir.
5. Haklarınız ve Hesabınızı Silme
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkınız vardır.
- Uygulama içinden: Profil > Hesap > "Hesabı ve Yerel Veriyi Sil". Hesabınız, çocuk profilleri, oyun geçmişi, envanter, üretilen örnekler ve kullanım kayıtları kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız: Hesabınızın e-posta adresiyle info@orksoftware.com adresine yazabilir veya doğrudan Hesap Silme Sayfamızı kullanabilirsiniz; talebinizi 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.
- Aktif bir aboneliğiniz varsa hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden iptal edin.
6. Çocuklar
Uygulama ebeveynlerin kullanımı içindir. Çocuklarla ilgili bilgileri yalnızca ebeveyn girer ve bunlar, yaşa uygun ve güvenli öneriler sunmak dışında kullanılmaz. Tam isim veya tam doğum tarihi istenmez.
7. Güvenlik
Tüm veri iletimi şifrelidir (HTTPS/TLS). Her ebeveyn yalnızca kendi verilerine erişebilir; bu, sunucu tarafındaki güvenlik kurallarıyla zorunlu kılınır.
8. Değişiklikler
Uygulama geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; örneğin yeni bir özellik eklediğimizde ya da hizmet sağlayıcı değiştirdiğimizde. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi değişir. Verilerinizin kullanımını önemli ölçüde değiştiren güncellemeleri ayrıca uygulama içinde bildiririz.

Overview
Tiny Play Ideas ("the app") gives parents of children aged 1.5–6 screen-free play ideas. The app is designed for parents, not for children to use on their own. This policy explains what we collect and why, where it is stored, and your rights.

1. What We Collect
Using the app without an account: You can use the app without creating an account. Your child profiles, play history and materials list are then kept only on your device and are not sent to us. The data below is collected when you create an account or sign in; when you sign in, that on-device data is added to your account. Buying a subscription requires an account.
Account
- Email address and password (the password is held securely by our authentication provider; we cannot see it), or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Display name (editable) and an account identifier.
Child Profile (Information you enter)
- A nickname (no full name needed), birth month and year (no full date of birth), and the age derived from them.
- Energy style, interests, sensory sensitivities (e.g. loud noises, bright lights) and optional parent notes.
Use of the App
- Activities you played, liked or saved, with the feedback tags and notes you chose.
- Your household materials inventory (material names you confirmed).
- Monthly usage counters (examples generated, scans used) and notification preferences.
Photos (Premium Plus material scanning only)
A photo you take or pick for scanning is sent to our server and our AI service provider to recognise play materials in it. The photo is not stored; it is discarded after analysis. Only the material names you confirm are kept. People in the photo are ignored.
Purchases
Subscription payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card details. To verify your subscription we keep the purchase token Google Play issues, the product id and which account it belongs to.
Device Attestation
A device attestation service protects our servers from abuse by confirming that requests come from the genuine app on a real device; we keep no personal data for this.
Update Notifications
So that we can announce a new version of the app, your device subscribes to a notification topic for the app's language. For this our cloud infrastructure creates an installation ID and a notification token specific to the device. It is not linked to your account and is created without an account too; we do not store it, and it is used only to send announcements. If you do not allow notifications, no announcement is shown.
2. Why We Use It
- To create your account, keep you signed in and sync your data across devices.
- To filter play ideas by the selected child's age, interests and sensitivities, and to exclude content that is not age-appropriate or safe.
- Premium features: generating worked examples with AI and designing a game from the materials in a photo.
- To verify subscriptions and apply monthly usage limits.
- To show the reminders you ask for and to announce new versions.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it for profiling.
3. Service Providers
To run the app we share data with service providers that process it only on our behalf and only to provide the service:

Your email address and account details are never sent with AI requests. We may change service providers over time; each is bound to the purposes and safeguards in this policy. You can ask for the current list of service providers at info@orksoftware.com.
4. Where and How Long
Your data is stored on our service providers' secure servers. These servers and the AI services may be located outside Türkiye and the European Union, so your data may be transferred internationally. For such transfers we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law (for example, standard contractual clauses). Child profiles are also kept in encrypted storage on your device.
Data is kept while your account exists. Scan photos are never stored. When you delete your account, all data linked to it is permanently deleted, and when you delete a child profile, all data about that child is. Deleted data may remain only in disaster-recovery system backups for at most 7 days, after which it is removed automatically.
5. Your Rights and Deleting Your Account
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) you may access, correct and delete your data and object to its processing.
- In the app: Profile > Account > "Delete Account & Local Data". Your account, child profiles, play history, inventory, generated examples and usage records are permanently deleted.
- If you cannot use the app: Email info@orksoftware.com from the address on your account or use our Account Deletion Web Portal; we complete the request within 30 days.
- Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
6. Children
The app is for parents. Information about children is entered only by the parent and used only to offer age-appropriate, safe suggestions. No full name or full date of birth is requested.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Each parent can reach only their own data, enforced by server-side security rules.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves, for example when we add a feature or change a service provider. The current version is always published at this address with its effective date. Updates that significantly change how your data is used are also announced in the app.
