1. Hizmet
Tiny Play Ideas, 1,5–6 yaş arası çocukların ebeveynlerine ekransız oyun fikirleri sunan bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama 18 yaşından büyük ebeveyn ve bakım verenler içindir.
2. Gözetim ve Sorumluluk
Oyun fikirleri yaşa ve güvenliğe göre süzülür, ancak evinizi, çocuğunuzu ve malzemelerinizi bilen kişi sizsiniz. Her etkinliği uygulamadan önce kendi durumunuza uygunluğunu değerlendirin ve çocuğunuzu etkinlik boyunca her zaman gözetim altında tutun. Uygulama tıbbi, psikolojik veya gelişimsel bir değerlendirme ya da tavsiye yerine geçmez.
3. Yapay Zekâ ile Üretilen İçerik
Oyun örnekleri ve fotoğraftan üretilen oyunlar yapay zekâ ile oluşturulur ve ek bir güvenlik kontrolünden geçer. Yine de hatalı veya size uygun olmayan öneriler içerebilir; kendi değerlendirmenizi yapın ve uygun görmediğiniz öneriyi uygulamayın.
4. Hesap
Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz; ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.
5. Abonelikler
- Premium ve Premium Plus aylık aboneliklerdir ve Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Fiyat, satın almadan önce Google Play'de gösterilir.
- Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe her ay otomatik olarak yenilenir ve ücret Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
- İptal: Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler > Abonelikler. İptal, o dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; dönemin geri kalanında özellikler açık kalır.
- İadeler Google Play'in iade politikasına tabidir.
- Aylık kullanım hakları (ör. örnek üretme ve tarama sayısı) her ayın başında yenilenir ve sonraki aya devretmez.
6. Kabul Edilemez Kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle kopyalamak, sunucularımızı kötüye kullanmak veya kullanım sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak yasaktır. Bu durumda hesabınızı askıya alabiliriz.
7. Değişiklikler ve İletişim
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz. Sorularınız için: info@orksoftware.com. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.

1. The Service
Tiny Play Ideas gives parents of children aged 1.5–6 screen-free play ideas. By using the app you accept these terms. The app is for parents and carers aged 18 or over.
2. Supervision and Responsibility
Play ideas are filtered for age and safety, but you are the one who knows your home, your child and your materials. Judge whether each activity suits your situation before you start, and always supervise your child throughout. The app is not a substitute for medical, psychological or developmental assessment or advice.
3. AI-Generated Content
Worked examples and games designed from a photo are created with AI and pass an additional safety check. They may still contain mistakes or ideas that do not suit you; use your own judgement and skip any suggestion you are not comfortable with.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app at any time; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions
- Premium and Premium Plus are monthly subscriptions bought through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically every month and is charged to your Google Play account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- To cancel: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; features stay available until then.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Monthly allowances (e.g. examples generated and scans) reset at the start of each month and do not carry over.
6. Unacceptable Use
Reverse-engineering the app, abusing our servers or trying to get around usage limits is not allowed, and may lead to your account being suspended.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the app. Questions: info@orksoftware.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
